> Rules for content, safety, privacy, commercial use, AI automation, and publishing on Revdoku, with reporting and appeal guidance. # Acceptable Use Policy *Version: 2026-09-10 · Effective: September 10, 2026* Revdoku is for personal websites, portfolios, prototypes, vibe-coded projects, client work, document sharing, feedback, and mini-apps. This policy forms part of our [Terms of Service](https://revdoku.com/terms/) and covers everything distributed through Revdoku: websites, apps, files, shared links, previews, custom domains, embeds, linked offerings, forms, and public visitor comments. ## What You Cannot Host ### 1. Scams, Fraud, and Impersonation **Do not deceive people about identity, products, services, or payments.** Examples: phishing, scams, fake giveaways, fake reviews or endorsements, fake official services, impersonated login or payment pages, fabricated government approvals, and misleading or concealed payment collection. Demo labels do not permit collecting real credentials or payments through an impersonated service. ### 2. Malware, Cyberattacks, and Spam **Do not steal access, attack systems, manipulate traffic, or distribute spam.** Examples: malware, credential stealers, keyloggers, malicious downloads, botnets, command-and-control services, reverse shells, abusive proxies, access-control bypass services, spam networks, link farms, deceptive redirects, and fake traffic or engagement. General cybersecurity explanations are allowed; working tools for abuse are not. ### 3. Violence, Hate, and Exploitation **Do not threaten, exploit, or promote harm to people or animals.** Examples: threats, incitement to violence, terrorism recruitment, trafficking, child exploitation or sexualization, graphic child abuse, animal cruelty, targeted harassment, hate-based attacks, and instructions or encouragement for suicide, self-harm, or dangerous acts likely to cause serious injury. Non-graphic prevention, recovery, and support information is allowed unless it promotes prohibited acts or offerings. ### 4. Pornography, Sexual Services, and Sexual Abuse **Do not host sexually explicit content, sexual services, or nonconsensual intimate material.** Examples: pornography in images, video, text, or audio; sexual services or companions; sexual deepfakes; undressing tools; revenge pornography; and sexual extortion. Real, fictional, illustrated, and AI-generated material are covered. ### 5. Privacy Violations and Stolen Content **Do not expose private data or distribute material without permission or rights.** Examples: doxxing, leaked credentials, private-key dumps, unauthorized private communications, sensitive personal records, leaked-data aggregation, personal-data resale, pirated media, counterfeit goods, cracked software, and unauthorized license keys. Visitor forms must not collect passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, payment-card details, government identity documents, health records, biometric data, or children's personal data. Ordinary contact forms and business contact details are allowed with permission or another lawful basis. Copyright complaints follow our [DMCA Copyright Policy](https://revdoku.com/dmca/). ### 6. Politics and Elections **Do not host political or election-related content.** Examples: campaigns, parties, candidates, political advocacy, lobbying, public-policy debates, political fundraising, officeholders in political or governmental roles, representative directories, legislative or voting-record trackers, voter registration, voting procedures, election calendars, political polls, predictions, and results. Neutral, factual, educational, journalistic, historical, fictional, artistic, satirical, and demonstration versions are included, across every viewpoint and country. Accuracy, attribution, disclaimers, consent, or authorization create no exception. One prohibited page, image, embed, or application function is enough. Incidental words or names do not make ordinary addresses, generic maps, technical terms such as “candidate,” nonpolitical product polls, or routine compliance materials political content. ### 7. Prohibited Businesses and Services **Do not operate, advertise, sell, arrange, or collect payment for these businesses or services:** - **Gambling and betting:** casinos, sports betting, prediction markets involving money or prizes, lotteries, paid-entry sweepstakes, and loot boxes. - **Weapons, drugs, and alcohol:** weapons, ammunition, explosives, controlled drugs, cannabis or CBD products, tobacco, vaping products, and alcohol sales. - **Money, investments, and crypto:** banking, money transfer, payment processing, lending, credit repair, debt collection, insurance sales, securities or derivatives trading, investment schemes, cryptocurrency exchanges or wallets, token offerings, and NFTs. - **Healthcare and professional advice:** diagnosis, treatment, therapy, prescription services, and personalized medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, or credit advice. - **Government services, IDs, and eligibility decisions:** government-service intermediaries, immigration or visa processing, identity verification, unofficial IDs or certificates, and automated decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education admission, or public benefits. - **Adult products, sexual services, and paid dating:** pornography, escort or sexual services, adult sexual products, sexual AI companions, intimate-image generation, and paid matchmaking or dating services. - **Services for children:** services directed at minors, child-oriented social networks, and collection or brokerage of children's personal information. - **Data sales, surveillance, and account trading:** personal-data brokers, people-search or surveillance services, credential sales, account sales, bulk unsolicited outreach, and sales of scraped leads. - **Piracy and cheating:** unauthorized streaming or IPTV, pirated downloads, cracked software, counterfeit goods, paywall or license circumvention, exam cheating, and resale of protected test questions. - **MLM, get-rich-quick, and psychic services:** pyramid or multilevel-marketing schemes, get-rich-quick services, paid fortune-telling or clairvoyance, fake engagement, and reputation manipulation. - **Hosting resale, proxies, and mining:** public file-dump or mirror services, hotlinking hosts, proxy or VPN services, cryptomining, and resale of Revdoku accounts, hosting, or access. Political businesses and services are also prohibited by category 6. Licenses, third-party payment approval, payment to Revdoku, and disclaimers do not create exceptions. These exclusions concern what a site offers or does. Portfolios, client proposals, shared contracts, design reviews, and generic interfaces using fictional sample data are not themselves regulated services. Ordinary freelance and agency services, client portals, and permitted mini-apps remain allowed. Categories 1–6 still apply, including to prototypes and demos. ## Publisher Responsibilities You are responsible for everything published through your account, including AI output, automated updates, team activity, third-party embeds, and public visitor content. Review it before publishing and after updates. Have the rights, permissions, and notices needed for your content and collect only information you are entitled to collect. Do not evade a restriction through another account, domain, slug, redirect, or substantially similar republication. Do not abuse rate limits, reserve names in bulk, overload the service, or use Revdoku to send unsolicited bulk messages. Free publications cannot solicit or route payments, donations, tips, deposits, subscriptions, or wallet transfers. Paid publications may link to payment providers for permitted offerings with a clearly identified seller, destination, and purchase terms. ## Enforcement and Appeals These rules apply to Free and paid plans, previews, public sites, password-protected sites, and email-gated sites. Payment does not exempt anyone. There are no written-approval exceptions to the prohibited categories. Revdoku can review publications and reports, block a publication, require changes, remove content, suspend websites, or restrict accounts that violate this policy. A pending or unsuccessful review may prevent a publication from going live. Account restrictions can affect other websites in the account. Private drafts are not automatically published or made available for public review. Do not attach abusive intimate or child-exploitation material. If we made a classification error, appeal at [support@revdoku.com](mailto:support@revdoku.com?subject=Appeal). We can restore content when it was misclassified or has been corrected to comply. Appeals do not create exceptions to the categories above or pause enforcement.
